Coaching Applications & Enquiries

When you apply for coaching or submit an enquiry through our website, we collect the information you provide in the application form (such as your name, email address, phone number, and details about your goals and current situation), along with your IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam and fraudulent submissions.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://momentummethod.com.au.

Media

If you upload images to the website (including progress or transformation photos), you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you submit a form or leave contact details on our site, you may opt in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again on a future visit. These cookies will last for one year.

For clients who register on our website or through our coaching platform (if any), we also store the personal information provided in their profile. Clients can see, edit, or request deletion of their personal information at any time. Site administrators can also see and edit that information where necessary to deliver our services.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you have submitted an application, enquiry, or have an account with us, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Application and enquiry submissions may be checked through an automated spam detection service and may be processed via our coaching and client management platforms to help us deliver our services to you.
